Young Adults Kingdom Nights

The Dwelling Place
We will be having The Dwelling Place in the Family Life Center. This will be a time of worship and prayer where you can intentionally commune with God. Come and Dwell.
Health by Design: Baking Workshop
Come hungry—we’re baking, tasting, and learning together!
Bring a mixer (or join a team with one!) and get ready for a morning of fresh bread, great food, and plenty of taste testing. We’ll have dough and baked goods prepared at different stages along the way, so instead of spending the morning waiting for things to rise, we’ll keep moving, mixing, baking, and tasting together.
And somewhere between the flour and the first warm bite, we’ll discover something pretty incredible: food can be both nourishing and delicious.
Jesus called Himself “the Bread of Life”—so let’s learn to make bread a little closer to His design! We’ll explore freshly milled wheat, why it’s different, and how getting closer to food the way God designed it can change the way we think about what we eat.
And you won’t leave empty-handed—we’ll have recipes for you to take back home!
No baking experience needed. Bring a friend, and come ready to bake, have fun, and eat!

Leif Hetland
We’re excited to welcome Leif Hetland back to New Covenant!
Leif is an international minister and author with a powerful message of the Father’s love, and he’ll be with us on Saturday, October 31, from 9:00 AM to noon for a special time of ministry.
Leif recently released two books, The Heart of Roaring Lambs and Lambs Among Wolves, centered around a powerful truth: Jesus is both the Lion of Judah and the Lamb who was slain—and He calls us to live with that same combination of courage, humility, and love.
In a world that often responds to conflict with anger and force, what would it look like for us to carry the courage of a lion and the heart of a lamb?
Come join us on October 31 as Leif teaches and ministers on what it means to become a roaring lamb. You won’t want to miss it! Childcare will be provided for ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
Activation Night
Wednesday, September 2 is an Activation Night at New Covenant. This is a full church family gathering — adults, youth, and kids — all together in one room. We’re coming to worship, to pray, and to respond to what the Holy Spirit is doing in this season. It’s not just a service. It’s a night to lean in and be activated. Adopt a Highway
Outreach Opportunity-Participating in Adopt a Highway for the City of Valdosta is an opportunity to obey God's command to love our neighbors, serve our community, and steward what God has given us. We will be meeting here at the church on Saturday April 18th at 8:30 AM!
Marriage Workshop
God cares about our marriages.
Throughout Scripture, God uses marriage as a picture of His covenant relationship with His people. Our marriages are a tangible representation of that covenant to a watching world. Because we believe marriage matters deeply to God, we want to make investing in your marriage a priority.

Kingdom Identity II KSOL Class
The Kingdom identity II Class will take you on a journey through Scripture to discover the depth of God’s covenant, the calling of the Old Testament priests, and what it means for us today as part of the Priesthood of All Believers. Each session will build on the last, moving us from understanding to action—shaping how we live out our identity, interact with those around us, and respond to God each day with faith, obedience, and worship. Starting September 29 from 6:30- 9:30 PM, Kairos School of Leadership is offering this eight-week classes designed to help you go deeper in the Word, grow as a leader, and become equipped to walk confidently in the calling God has placed on your life.
Spirit & Scripture KSOL Class
The Spirit & Scripture course is designed to help you grow in understanding and interpreting Scripture through the leading of the Holy Spirit. You’ll learn how to approach Scripture in a way that is both biblically grounded and Spirit-led, bringing greater depth and understanding to your personal study and your study of Scripture with others. Starting September 29 from 6:30- 9:30 PM, Kairos School of Leadership is offering this eight-week classes designed to help you go deeper in the Word, grow as a leader, and become equipped to walk confidently in the calling God has placed on your life.
FDE Conference 2026: Build for More
Join us for this year’s Faith Driven Entrepreneur Conference on September 18 from 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM in the Worship Center. This year’s theme is Build for More, and we’ll hear from inspiring voices, including John Maxwell and David Green. Come be encouraged, equipped, and challenged to think bigger about what God can do through the work He has called you to. Lunch will be provided! We’d love for you to join us.
Student & Parent Lunch
Right after service Sunday, Sept 13th, join us in the FLC for a special lunch! Come meet our youth team, play some games, and connect with other families. We’ll also have a real, practical conversation on how to walk in purpose as a family. Plus, hear what God is doing in our youth ministry! Childcare is available for ages 6 weeks through 5th grade. We’d love to see you and your family there.
New Covenant Life

Freedom Group
Freedom groups are 12-week Small Groups designed to equip you to live the victorious and abundant life Christ came to give you. Freedom Groups build on the foundation of your faith in Christ to help you remove every obstacle to intimacy with God and walk in true freedom.Freedom Groups will meet on either Sunday nights from 5-7 or Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30. Space is limited.

Connect Groups & Student Ministries Start Back
Connect Groups are starting back on Wednesday, August 12! Connect Groups are where relationships grow, faith is strengthened, and church becomes family. If you haven't found a group yet, this is the perfect time to jump in. You can pick up a Connect Group list in the foyer or click the button below to find the group that's right for you. Our Nursery, Kids, and Student Ministries will also be kicking off that evening!
Week of Prayer & Fasting
As we prepare to enter the fall, we believe God wants to do so much in us and through us. And throughout Scripture, we see that God accomplishes His work through prayer. So from August 10 through August 14, we are setting aside a week for prayer and fasting as a church family. Each morning that week, we’ll gather for corporate prayer from 6:30 to 7:30 AM. We’ll also have a daily prayer guide, available at prayer.nccvaldosta.org, for you and your household to use together at home throughout the week. This is a time for us to seek the Lord together, to consecrate ourselves before Him, and to make room for what He wants to do in our households, our church, and our city.
Let’s enter this next season together with expectation, humility, and faith.

NC Kids Summer Conference
We will be having a Kid’s Summer Conference June 19th-21st. Friday and Saturday times will be 9:00 to 1:00. Lunch will NOT be provided but there will be plenty of snacks. This summer we will step into Grandpa Rusty’s Redemption Junkyard - A wild and wonderful place where broken things find new life.

Adorn at the Altar
Saturday Night June 6th at 6PM in the Children’s Sanctuary. Join us for Adorn at the Altar, a special evening set aside for creatives to gather, worship, and create in the presence of God. This will be a night of worship painting where we stir creativity, honor the gifts God has placed within us, and release them as an offering of worship. We want to create a space for artists of all levels to encounter God through art. Beginners are absolutely welcome. You’re invited to bring your own paints, brushes, and canvas, or we will provide everything you need for $20. Sign up and come ready to worship, create, and adorn the altar.
